Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee daily operations : Ensure that all daily operations of the plant are running smoothly, including production and manufacturing Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that the plant is running smoothly Develop processes : Help develop processes that maximize safety, quality, productivity, and stewardship Plan and organize : Plan and organize production schedules, and assess project and resource requirements Planning the production process and ensuring that schedules meet customer requirements and facility capabilities Set performance targets : Set and meet performance targets Despatch: A dispatch plant head's responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing the dispatch of finished goods to ensure that they are delivered to clients on time. Ensure compliance : Ensure that health and safety regulations are being followed Manage budgets : Manage budgets and control inventory. Managing costs and investigating ways to reduce them. Ensure department functionality : Ensure that all departments of the plant are functioning properly and effectively Raw material : plant head is responsible for managing a plant's raw materials Safety : Implementing safety procedures and ensuring that the plant is safe Cost : Managing costs and investigating ways to reduce them Documentation : Creating documentation protocols and ensuring that records are maintained and reviewed Preferred candidate profile Degree in engineering (B.E.Mechanical or Electrical). Proficiency in MS Office. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership abilities. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
