Production Engineer Trainee

Job Summary
We are looking to hire a B.Tech (Mechanical) pursuing or B.Tech (Mechanical) completed candidate for industrial training in our Production Department. The candidate will work closely with the production workforce and coordinate with the Design Team to ensure quality products and timely delivery.

This is a 6-month industrial training opportunity, and based on performance evaluation, the candidate will be considered for inclusion in the company’s payroll with a revised pay structure after successful completion of the training period.

Responsibilities and Duties
Must be willing to work on the following aspects,

• Production Planning - Resource allocation to ensure higher productivity of labour work force.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Be willing to take up other roles and responsibilities based on company needs.

Btech Mechanical (Pursuing) or Completed
