Job Description

*Required to manage all operation of Technical, Engineering pertaining to Foundry *Supervision of Group of Technical personnel in the areas of Melting, Moulding, Core making, Sand plant, Fettling, Heat Treatment etc *Responsible for monthly ,weekly and daily planning of production in order to achieve OTD *Monitor process controls and assist standardization of the same *Monitor post casting parameters like casting yield, rejections etc and suggest improvements *Responsible for deciding and entrusting quantities and schedules to job contractors for manufacturing orders at various stages of production * Co-ordination with method department for finalizing specifications prototype development of castings for the betterment of quality * Effective cost control activities
