Production Engineer

• Measure the percentage of work orders, packing lists, and labels that are accurate and aligned with sales projections.
• Track the percentage of materials issued by the store to contractors in accordance with work orders.
• Monitor the percentage of Bills of Materials (BOMs) that are validated, corrected, and updated through Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Assess the frequency and thoroughness of reviews of production process activities on the shop floor.
• Measure the percentage of work orders or shop floor activities closed in the SAP system within the designated timeframe.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of serial number allocation and sticker preparation for equipment dispatch.
• Evaluate the adherence to the weekly production plan for fabrication, electrical, and refrigeration departments.
• Ensure the timely filing and accuracy of documentation related to monthly production plans and checklists.
• Track the efficiency of material issuances to various departments (fabrication, electrical, refrigeration, packing, accessories) on the shop floor.
• Measure the effectiveness of follow-up with sales for dispatch clearance, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Assess the percentage of non-movable material utilized in production processes, aiming for maximum utilization to reduce waste.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication with contractors regarding shortages of materials on the shop floor.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of daily production reports, and ensure they are shared with relevant stakeholders promptly.
