Production Engineer

We need a Production Engineer who manages production via CCTV is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality manufacturing operations by monitoring live camera feeds, coordinating remote interventions, and driving continuous improvement across processes. This job requires the candidate to monitoring production with CCTV systems & ensure SOP is followed , and make possible real‑time decision making. Role overview Production Engineer — CCTV Monitoring will oversee shop‑floor operations remotely using CCTV and related systems to detect process deviations, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain production targets. The role emphasizes real‑time surveillance, data‑driven decisions, and close coordination with on‑floor teams and maintenance. Key responsibilities Monitor live CCTV feeds for production anomalies: watch multiple camera streams to enure production is followed as per plan ,spot jams, misfeeds, safety breaches, and quality defects. Trigger and coordinate corrective actions: alert operators shop floor managers , or pause lines when issues are detected. Maintain and validate SOP compliance remotely: ensure operators follow standard work, PPE rules, and line changeover procedures. Log incidents and create action reports: record timestamps, camera clips, root causes, and follow‑up tasks for continuous improvement. Analyze trends from recorded footage: identify recurring failure modes and feed insights into process improvement. Integrate CCTV with MES alerts: correlate visual events with machine alarms and production data. Train and coach operators and security staff: run sessions on camera coverage, escalation protocols, and evidence capture. (Responsibilities combine standard production engineering duties with CCTV‑specific monitoring and coordination practices). Skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. Experience with manufacturing processes and line balancing. Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management software, and basic networking. Strong situational awareness and decision‑making under time pressure. Good communication and incident reporting skills. Basic data analysis skills; familiarity with MES is a plus.
