Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Production Engineer specializing in Electronics. The Production Engineer will be responsible for managing production processes, planning, and ensuring product quality standards. Additional day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, implementing production improvements, and closely coordinating with the team to optimize operations. The role also involves analyzing production systems and contributing to enhanced manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SMD Soldering & Rework
• Experience in PCB Testing, Quality Control and maintaining production standards
• Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics or a related field
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies is preferred
