Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily wire drawing operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently to meet production schedules.
Monitor process parameters, machine performance, and quality standards throughout production.
Identify and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and scrap generation.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for preventive maintenance and process improvements.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and machine logbooks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to enhance productivity and quality.
Train and guide operators and workers for skill enhancement and process discipline.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related field.
2+ years experience in wire drawing, preferably in jewelry or precious metal industry.
Leadership and team management skills.
High integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
