Production Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily production of neon and signage as per design and quality standards. Plan and optimize fabrication workflows involving CNC routing, laser cutting, heat bending, solvent welding , and neon tube processing . Ensure proper handling and safety during operations involving glass bending, gas filling , and electrical components . Evaluate and maintain equipment including laser cutters, CNC machines, polishing tools. Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct quality checks at each stage of production to ensure finished products meet visual and structural standards. Maintain records of production, material usage, and maintenance schedules. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Production Engineering , or related field. 0-2 years of experience in signage, acrylic fabrication, or related custom manufacturing field. Knowledge of acrylic materials , adhesives, LED/neon lighting systems, and signage components. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
