Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma degree required in Mechanical. Responsibilities: Supervision of Production & Quality. Proper planning & execution of work. Documentation of daily work. Adaptability to work in rotating shifts. Proficient in Engineering Drawings & Measuring Instruments. Ensuring that targets are set & achieved on a daily basis. Parameters to be checked and level of acceptance. Following set parameters. Should be able to command Machine Operators & Helpers. Proper handling & documentation of raw material & finished goods. Willing to follow safety procedures. Oversee the daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth workflow. Develop and optimize production processes for maximum efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards. Monitor the use of machinery and ensure maintenance schedules are followed. Plan and manage inventory to minimize downtime. Coordinate with the quality team to ensure adherence to product specifications. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
