Production Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at our facility in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing-related role and be enthusiastic about contributing to a growing hand tools business. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules. • Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process. • Allocate tasks to production workers and ensure efficient workflow. • Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of machinery and tools. • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on the shop floor. • Report production issues, material requirements, and delays to management. • Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports. • Assist in implementing continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. • Train new workers and support staff skill development. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or mechanical industry. • Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes, tools, and safety protocols. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
