Job Description

The production coordinator intern will assist the team in managing the day-to-day operations of media production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive professional with a passion for media production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Coordinate all aspects of production, including pre-production, scheduling, and post-production activities. Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Create and manage detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets. Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and other external partners to ensure the timely delivery of services. Monitor and track progress on all production activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Handle logistics, including securing locations, permits, equipment rentals, and crew coordination. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during production. Maintain accurate records of production expenses and assist in financial reporting.
