Production Coordination Executive

As a Job Card Preparer, your role involves preparing accurate and detailed job cards for all new products. This includes creating SP numbers based on submitted Bill of Materials, ensuring all technical specifications, production details, and quality parameters are correctly included, and coordinating with relevant departments to validate and approve job cards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and detailed job cards for new products - Create SP numbers based on submitted Bill of Materials - Ensure all technical specifications, production details, and quality parameters are included - Coordinate with relevant departments to validate and approve job cards In Sample Preparation Management, you will be responsible for ensuring samples are prepared on time and delivered to the sales team. This includes developing and maintaining sample preparation sheets, coordinating with production and quality teams for timely and accurate sample preparation, and tracking feedback on samples for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely preparation and delivery of samples to the sales team - Develop and maintain sample preparation sheets - Coordinate with production and quality teams for accurate sample preparation - Track and record feedback on samples for continuous improvement You will also be involved in Data & Artwork Management, where you will enter data accurately and maintain updated records. Additionally, you will save and organize revised and new artwork files systematically on the company drive. Key Responsibilities: - Enter data accurately and maintain updated records - Save and organize revised and new artwork files systematically As part of Cross-Functional Coordination, you will act as an effective intermediary between the Sales team and the Production team. Your role involves communicating client requirements, changes, and updates clearly to the production team, as well as resolving queries between Sales and production to ensure a smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an intermediary between Sales and Production teams - Communicate client requirements, changes, and updates to the production team - Resolve queries between Sales and production for a smooth workflow Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent.
