Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Chemist / Sr. Chemist to join our team at CTX Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., with 1-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Develop and implement new methods and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Proven experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical processes and laboratory techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures.
