Job Description

Oversee daily manufacturing activities of HPAPI products, ensuring compliance with batch production records and SOPs.
Knowledge on handling of Isolators, Single fluid systems and process equipments.
Must have knowledge on HPAPI products handling experience, safety protocols, and SOPs of all unit operations.
Monitor equipment performance, cleanliness, and readiness for production.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely resolution of equipment issues.
Knowledge on containment protocols for handling HPAPI products and effluent treatment methods & ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
Knowledge on safety, culture and ensure use of PPE and engineering controls.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, deviations, and investigations.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and operational insights.
Monitor availability of raw materials, intermediates, and consumables required for HPAPI production.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Liaise with QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
Support technology transfer and scale-up activities for new HPAPI products.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Provide on-the-floor guidance and supervision to operators and technicians.
Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
