Role- Production Support Enginee r Experience- 1+ years (Please do not share resumes with less than 1+ Years Experience ) location- Mumbai, Lower Parel / (Work from office ) Notice period- Immediate Only. Roles and responsibility: Unix/Linux environment working knowledge As mentioned in below annexure To provide production Support & to carryout production monitoring To execute regular application jobs. To provide the support to business team for various queries, problems & adhoc output requests. To coordinate across all the application stakeholder like business operations, development, testing, and system support teams etc. Follow-up for the production activities & Production problems with various application stake holders Assists to the teams for various regular production support activities Coordinating with developers, business users, production support teams and System Support Group (SSG) during production problems. Managing & maintaining new changes in the application Managing & maintaining incidents & RCAs.
