Job Description: We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role requires traveling to customer locations to ensure smooth product implementation, troubleshooting, and training. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills to enhance customer experience while ensuring seamless adoption of our product. Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations to install, configure, and test the product, ensuring it functions as expected. Provide hands-on training sessions to customers, explaining product features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Identify and resolve technical issues during installation or customer usage. Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and provide valuable insights to improve product performance. Collaborate with the sales, support, and product teams to address customer needs effectively. Document installation processes and training sessions to maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers to ensure they are successfully using the product. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and provide recommendations for process improvements. Travel frequently to customer sites across different locations and return to the base location (Bangalore). Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory). Additional regional languages are a plus. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proactive in handling issues. Familiarity with basic hardware/software installation and configuration is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively (50-70% of the time).
