About the Company Fuji Electric is seeking a skilled Product Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for Field Service Engineers, Sales teams, and Clients on our cutting-edge power electronics and UPS products. Based in Pune (Holkar wadi), the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Electronics/Electrical Engineering. This role focuses on creating, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs to ensure participants are well-equipped to understand, operate, and promote Fuji Electric’s products. About the Role The Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams and clients. Responsibilities Training Program Development: Create and review technical training programs tailored to organizational requirements and product specifications. Develop course content, including presentations, worksheets, and other training materials, aligned with learning objectives. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops for Field Service Engineers, Sales teams, and Clients, both in groups and individually. Perform on-site training at client locations or Fuji Electric facilities as needed. Program Management: Prepare training schedules and classroom agendas to ensure efficient delivery. Manage data on completed courses, attendance, absences, and any issues encountered during training. Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and analyze training program outcomes to assess participant understanding and skill development. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and results. Qualifications Education: BE in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering Experience: 4+ Years Location: Pune - (Holkar wadi) Required Skills Strong knowledge of Electronics/Electrical Engineering, particularly in power electronics and UPS systems. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with Fuji Electric’s product portfolio, including UPS, inverters, and related systems. Experience with delivering training through various formats (in-person, webinars, workshops).
