Product Support Specialist- Life Science Research Products

As a Product Support Specialist in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, identifying new leads, suggesting process improvements, and supporting the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and send quotations using software/Excel, ensuring pricing is based on product value, category, and margins defined by management. - Maintain a quotation database, conduct timely follow-ups, and communicate effectively with customers. - Identify new prospects in the market to expand the customer base and product portfolio. - Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate product listings, datasheets, and pricing. - Prepare purchase orders and all necessary documentation for tenders, annual rate contracts, and customs clearance. - Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives. - Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and discussions with clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in Biotechnology. - Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology. - Experience with MS Office. - Basic Mathematics skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize workload effectively. - Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette and tone management.
