Role Overview

As a Product Specialist at SISYA CLASS, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our academic, marketing, and technology teams. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of students, parents, and teachers to enhance our product offerings. Your goal will be to ensure SISYA CLASS delivers a seamless and impactful learning experience through continuous product improvement and innovation.

NOTE: We are looking for graduates from IIT/NIT College or those who are pursuing B. Tech from IIT/NIT College.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Understanding & Expertise:
• Develop a deep understanding of SISYA CLASS courses, features, and teaching methodologies.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert for product-related queries.

User Interaction & Feedback:

• Interact with students, parents, and teachers to gather feedback and insights on course experience and platform usability.
• Translate feedback into actionable improvements in collaboration with the academic and tech teams.

Product Improvement & Coordination:

• Work with the development and content teams to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Ensure all course modules, assessments, and live classes are aligned with the SISYA CLASS learning standards.

Training & Support:

• Train academic counselors, marketing teams, and teachers about product features and updates.
• Provide product demonstrations and onboarding support when required.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct competitor research to identify trends, pricing, and feature opportunities.
• Recommend enhancements to keep SISYA CLASS ahead in the EdTech space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Education, or Business Management).
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Support, or Academic Operations (EdTech background preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data analysis tools.
• Passion for education and technology-driven learning.
