Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Coimbatore. The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting medical devices, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing product demonstrations. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to support clients. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of medical devices and experience as a Product Specialist
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and customer insights
• Excellent Communication skills for building client relationships and conveying product value effectively
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns
• Sales abilities to strategize and achieve product promotion objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel within the designated region when required
