Product Specialist (Online)

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive at Synaegis Healthtech Pvt Ltd, your main role will be to maximize the conversion rate of customers/doctors from the demonstration stage to the account creation stage and ensure the maximum usage rate of customers/doctors with accounts. You will be responsible for resolving all queries and support needs within 24 hours. Additionally, you will conduct online demonstrations of the Medsygn platform to doctors and patients, register doctors on the platform, and provide support to customers/doctors for actual usage of the platform. You will maintain records of interactions and customer/doctor database to track adoption stages and plan actions to drive customers through the stages. Your role will also involve addressing queries and providing support through various mediums such as WA, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize the conversion rate of customers/doctors from demonstration stage to account creation stage - Maximize the usage rate of customers/doctors who have been provided accounts - Resolve all queries/support needs within 24 hours - Conduct online platform demonstrations to doctors/patients - Register doctors on the Medsygn platform using sales team data - Provide support to customers/doctors for actual platform usage - Maintain records of interactions and customer/doctor database - Address queries and provide support through various mediums - Conduct marketing initiatives to reach out to customers through different mediums Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA/PGDBM/B.
