Key Responsibilities: Conduct onsite and virtual product demonstrations for doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital staff. Install, train, and implement robotic rehab devices in hospitals and therapy centres. Educate medical professionals on best practices, usability, and workflow integration. Provide both onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues. Guide users on device usage, calibration, and maintenance through online and in-person support. Maintain customer support records, issue logs, and CRM ticketing for tracking resolutions. Assist the sales team by demonstrating the technical and clinical benefits of our devices. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and product teams for improvements. Coordinate with regulatory and sales teams for documentation, compliance, and reporting. Travel as required for onsite installations, training, and support while also handling remote assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering with exposure to medical devices, robotics, or electro-mechanical systems. Strong spoken & written English communication skills. Basic troubleshooting experience with electronic components, sensors, and mechanical tools. Hands-on experience with medical devices, rehabilitation robotics, or therapy equipment. Knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and technical documentation. Willingness to travel extensively within South India (Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala).
