1. Develop a thorough understanding of the Eye-Q business model and ensure alignment in accordance with the same 2. Drive the overall product strategy, vision & roadmap to achieve business goals 3. Analyze historical data to draw out trends and inferences that compliment both near-term and long-term strategy for Product positioning and marketing, aimed at new patient acquisition, patient satisfaction and revenue growth 4. Collaborate with cross functional (Operations, Product, Marketing etc.) teams to translate Product Strategy into actionable plans 5. Preparing and managing app campaigns, sustenance & engagement plans across funnel and audience segments 6. Align go-to-market strategy in accordance with market insights, patient needs & competition analysis for Product Performance Optimization 7. Actively liaison with Specialist Doctors and on ground teams to align strategy & execution 8. Enable operations & product teams by communicating the value proposition of the product and its features (including how it compares to competitive offerings) as well as developing content that supports the marketing process 9. Develop systems to measure and report product marketing metrics 10. Spark future product-led growth strategies using user insights 11. Develop and implement strategies to gain new markets, launch adjacent products and services to enhance revenue and profitaility 12.
