In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing detailed product briefings to prospective clients, showcasing various real estate options and products available. Your goal will be to enhance the client experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all real estate products and options available. Product Briefings: Conduct detailed product briefings and presentations to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points. Client Inquiries: Address client questions and concerns with accurate and relevant information. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized approach to meet their needs. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and to facilitate further engagement or sales. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product briefing strategies with overall business goals. Market Trends: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide clients with current information. Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Desired Skillset Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a Plus. Sales or Retail Sales/Marketing experience will be preffered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
