Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Product & Sales Manager who can drive product development while leading sales strategy and execution. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who understands customer needs, builds impactful solutions, and drives revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends Collaborate with tech/design teams to launch new features Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel to analyze product performance Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets Pitch solutions, close deals, and build lasting client relationships Lead and support a small sales team (if applicable) Track KPIs and report insights to leadership What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years in a Product or Sales role (preferably tech/B2B) Strong grasp of product lifecycle & sales cycle Excellent communication and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics tools Strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
