Managing the Product Backlog: Prioritizing and maintaining a well-organized list of features, user stories, and tasks for development. Prioritization: Determining which features or user stories should be developed next, considering business value, customer needs, and technical constraints. Release Planning: Creating release plans and roadmaps that outline when and how product features will be delivered. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is developed according to specifications and meets quality standards. User Story Creation: Writing user stories and acceptance criteria that provide clear guidance to the development team.
