We're looking for a passionate and visionary Product Owner to spearhead the migration of our legacy platforms and solutions into a unified, customer-centric platform, supporting Global Knowledges instructor led training delivery. This role is your chance to be at the forefront of innovation, championing the customer experience and ensuring seamless delivery. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Product Vision & Strategy: Craft and communicate an inspiring product vision and strategy, aligning with ambitious business goals and customer needs. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog like a pro, ensuring that the most impactful features are delivered first, and engineering teams are in full alignment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather insights and ensure alignment. Customer-Centric Focus: Be the ultimate champion of the customer experience, ensuring that the new platform not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Agile Practices: Lead agile ceremonies with energy and enthusiasm, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to drive efficient and effective delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the platform achieves business objectives and delights customers. Risk Management: Identify and tackle risks head-on, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the migration project. Defect and Enhancement Triage: Triage incoming defects and product enhancement requests. Roadblock Mitigation: Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Release Coordination: Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Product Ambassador: Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product area. Work Balance Collaboration: Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in systems engineering, design, psychology, business, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience. Deep expertise in digital strategy, and human-centered research. Strong background in experience design, usability testing, and iterative solution development. Ability to rapidly learn and demonstrate proficiency with complex, interrelated product and service offerings. Ability to demo new modules or features to clients and other stakeholders to solicit feedback and ideation. Ability to build a prioritization framework to evaluate conflicting priorities. Ability to articulate how prioritization decisions are made. Ability to foster collaboration through oral communication and written documentation. Effectively use meetings to drive clear direction and eliminate rework. Ability to fully understand business processes and document development requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to present product designs and roadmaps to senior leaders. Desire and ability to remain in constant contact with engineering staff Demonstrated advancement through software engineering functions. Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn, and get the job done. Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, or Asana. Certifications such as CSPO, Pragmatic PMC, SAFe POPM.
