PRODUCT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As the Senior Product Operations Executive, your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Edit, Product, Technology, QC, UI, and other cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability, work plans, and timely deliveries of ongoing projects. - Identifying root causes and managing processes effectively. - Collaborating with Edit and Product teams to understand requirements and facilitate their implementations. - Maintaining CMS or dashboards for Stakeholders and managing their expectations. - Independently overseeing product hygiene and taking full ownership of tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills, experience, and expertise: - Expertise in managing and optimizing product and content workflows. - Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders clearly. - Ability to analyze content performance metrics and implement necessary enhancements. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication for seamless collaboration. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality. To be eligible for this opportunity, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in Content & Product Operations. - A Bachelor's degree in any stream.
