Job Summary A Product Operations Specialist supports the product team through a focus on increasing efficiency and improving collaboration. Product Operations Specialists allow the Product teams to focus on the product and their core tasks and responsibilities. Job Description Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: Managing which tools the product team uses for communication, road mapping, prototyping, user-onboarding, etc. Implementing or optimising systems and processes for Product Team. Facilitating market research. Owning and developing strategies for the teams priorities. Analysng and automating data created or used by product management.
