Overview Product marketing plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between product development and the market, ensuring that solutions are positioned effectively, resonate with customer needs, and drive business growth through strategic messaging, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts for our financial technology software solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of financial industry challenges and trends, along with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into compelling customer narratives and go to market outcomes. Job Description Product Positioning Messaging: Develop clear and compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions and services. Craft messaging aligned with customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead and execute product launches, including pre-launch preparation, content creation, and campaign management. Be adept at collaborating and coordinating with sales, product, and customer success teams to support out go to market needs Content Marketing: Create and maintain marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, solution briefs, web pages, and product videos. Thought Leadership Positioning: Establish the company as a thought leader by engaging with industry influencers such as analysts who influence customer perceptions. Market Research Insights: Regularly conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Translate market insights into actionable product marketing strategies. Further, share the market insights with Product Management team for product development and innovations. Sales Enablement: Develop sales training materials and tools to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of our solutions. Demand Generation Campaigns: Partner with demand generation teams to develop targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement. Data Analysis Reporting: Analyse and share regularly market and campaign performance metrics, customer insights, and competitor activity to drive data-informed decisions. Requirements Post graduate in Marketing or Business discipline About 10-12 years of experience in product marketing in the financial technology industry preferably in the lending domain. Strong understanding of the financial industry trends, regulations, etc. will be an advantage Experience working closely with product management, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives and deadlines with attention to detail and resource allocation. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a data driven mindset and focus on metrics Strong team work ethics and ability to work in team environment is an important requirement.
