Product Manger TIPL190

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our software products (Website and Mobile Application). The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Development and design team to ensure our product meet the set requirement and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Product Development:
• Collaborate with Development and design teams to build and launch products.
• Act as the product manager in agile development cycles.
• Market & User Research:
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback.
• Identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches.
• Communicate product plans and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications And Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT or software development.
• Overall Experience should be more than 7 or less than 10 years.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Experience in team handling.
