• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and execution plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering and sales) to deliver impactful products.
• Establish KPIs and monitor product success post-launch.
• Must have experience in marketing for Overseas market in Asia, Europe and USA.
• Lead development of go-to-market collateral including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks, and product videos.
• Mentor junior team members in creating high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all product communications.
• Design and oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content, email, and social).
• Work closely with CEO/leadership on product launches and global marketing initiatives.
• Optimize demand-generation strategies for lead acquisition and conversion.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking
• Prior experience in scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience managing and mentoring junior product or marketing staff.
