Product Manager Requirements 8+ years of Product Management experience in Banking/Finance/Fintech, with payment products. User-focused and product-driven mindset. Product requirements mapping and experience of agile product development is a plus. Self-driven: has the ability to drive business success independently and work collaboratively with the team towards achieving OKRs. Strong interpersonal skills (fluent English is a must): be able to build and manage strong relationships with various cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Inspirational to your team and partners. Fast learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources with the company. Data-focused: able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data and gain insights from the data. Creative: ability to innovate and think outside the box. Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products. Previous experience with payment channels development or payment related product development is preferred.
