Role : Product Manager Location : Gurgaon (work from office) Website : www.trademo.com What you will be doing here : Develop products for accelerating Trademo's vision for a single source of truth on global supply chains. Decide what to build: Work closely with global prospects, customers, sales, services, customer success, engineering, and other cross-functional groups to launch new products or prioritise new features and functionality based on business objectives and engineering estimates Responsible for managing sprint cycles, spec documents creation, development and delivery with the engineering, design, data teams. Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team as part of the release planning process. Build a long-term product vision and ability to bring people together to buy in that vision. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business, industry, and customers. Pain points, competition, and the broad environment in which we operate. Add details that are crystal-clear: Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and initial wireframes. Partner with engineering and design during the entire product development lifecycle. Businesses might have multiple prospects and customers asking for many things. Coordinate product releases among the engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams- Maintain relationships with strategic partners and other vendors Partner with product marketing on sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies based on product capabilities and competitive analysis Regularly monitoring key product metrics, reviewing customer requests and bugs. Meet the existing and potential customers regularly and develop empathy for them. Contribute to the scope and pricing of the product to reach the financial goal of the company Skills Required : MBA from a reputable institute is welcome but not required 5-7 years of product development for a global B2B SaaS, Supply chains/Global Trade is required. You excel at and enjoy building models and decomposing complex structures into useful primitives. Ability to query data from databases and analyse it is a plus Ability to do Funnel and segmentation analysis. Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support, and ops. You must be able to channel many points of view Have a good eye for usability and design. Soft Skills Required : A hard-working, humble disposition.- Desire to make a strong impact on the lives of millions through their work. Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members and be an effective interface between the Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing team. A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work with minimum supervision. Ability to get the job done Strong decision-making skills.
