As a Product Manager II for Data and Analytics Experiences at Tekion in Bangalore, India, you play a crucial role in leading the development of customer-facing BI applications for revolutionizing automotive retail with intelligent software solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Driving the vision, design, and delivery of customer-facing BI applications, ensuring intuitive workflows and powerful visualizations. - Collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to translate complex business needs into impactful product experiences. - Managing the usability, accessibility, and engagement strategy for a portfolio of analytics interfaces used by dealerships, OEMs, and internal teams. - Working closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to transform ideas into scalable, high-quality product releases, addressing challenging user experience problems across budgeting, forecasting, and operational intelligence applications. - Validating solutions through user testing, customer feedback, and rapid iteration, championing data-informed decision-making while balancing vision, feedback, and design sensibility. - Supporting the integration and customization of ThoughtSpot and other embedded analytics experiences within Tekion products. Qualifications required for this role: - 4 to 6 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with enterprise or customer-facing SaaS products. - Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, particularly for analytics or data-driven applications. - Experience in budgeting, planning, or financial forecasting interfaces is a strong plus, along with familiarity with BI tools, especially ThoughtSpot, and a passion for crafting seamless data experiences for business users. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and align cross-functional teams. - A track record of delivering products with measurable impact, in collaboration with design and engineering teams. - Empathy for users, commitment to building tools that are powerful and delightful to use, a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to build something that matters.
