Product Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our SaaS platform as a Product Manager. Your role involves defining and executing the product roadmap aligned with company goals, gathering requirements, creating product specs, working cross-functionally, analyzing metrics, and ensuring customer value delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS platform in line with company goals. - Prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research. - Create clear product specs, user stories, and wireframes for development guidance. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams for timely and quality feature delivery. - Analyze product metrics and customer feedback for informed decisions and product iteration. - Advocate for the customers to ensure product value delivery. - Stay updated on the competitive landscape and market trends for product advancement. - Establish success metrics and utilize data to drive product performance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. - 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL. - Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is advantageous. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software, familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations, as well as strong UX/UI instincts and experience collaborating with design teams.,
