We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our product strategy. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify opportunities. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications. Development Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. User Experience (UX) Focus: Ensure intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across the product lifecycle. Agile Product Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee agile development processes. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics, A/B testing, and user insights to refine and improve products. Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for successful product positioning and launch. Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate product goals, updates, and performance to leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in [industry/domain]. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes and modern tech stacks. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, data-driven mindset, and experience with analytics tools.
