Requirements The Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our AI-driven enterprise software products. They are responsible for understanding the market needs, translating them into product requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that lead market disruption. Key Responsibilities: - Vision Roadmap: Define the product vision and develop a strategic roadmap that leverages AI to solve real-world business problems. - Requirements Gathering: Engage with customers, market analysts, and internal teams to collect and prioritize features, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of enterprise clients. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RD, engineering, design, and sales teams to launch products and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and analytics. - Competitive Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of AI technology. - Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and measure product performance, driving improvements and enhancements based on quantitative insights. Qualifications: - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the AI or advanced technology sector. - In-depth understanding of AI models, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise software development. - Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a strong customer-centric mindset. - Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise-level products.
