Position: Product Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment Salary: Competitive Reporting to: Head of Product About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative digital products. Reporting to the Head of Product , the ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to build user-centric solutions that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to inform decision-making Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics for product optimization Ensure timely execution of product releases while maintaining quality standards Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable development tasks Report product progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Head of Product Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS, Health tech, e-commerce, or technology-driven company Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and UX/UI principles Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and experience with tools like Google Analytics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and product documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Confluence) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills Role & responsibilities
