About the Role: Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce Global Shop App, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any operational challenges promptly. • Utilize deep understanding of underlying technology to analyze and resolve user-reported issues efficiently. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to implement enhancements and new features. • Conduct research using user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and user needs. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product performance, upcoming features, and any operational issues. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience 1-3 years in product management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry. • Deep understanding of underlying technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Preferred: • Experience with mobile app development and/or e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with Samsung products and ecosystem. • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications in product management.
