Role Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our trading tools and technology solutions in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Gurugram office. The role involves managing the product lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning product strategies with business goals. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, analyze user feedback, and ensure delivery of high-impact, innovative solutions to improve trading efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Product Management, including requirements gathering, product roadmaps, and lifecycle management
• Experience with quantitative analysis, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving in complex domains
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, trading, and research teams
• Technical proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to software development, data analysis, and financial systems
• Familiarity or experience with trading, fintech, or quantitative finance is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver projects on time, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
