Job Description

As a Product Manager (PM) within Marketing you will usually be office based. The role encompasses marketing and sales in collaboration with commercial management, headquarters (product brand planning), sales management, market access management, medical management, registration colleagues, communication agencies and market advice groups. QUALIFICATIONS QUALITIES Communication skills Good Listener Team Leader Salesmanship Commercial and Business awareness Thorough knowledge of the company and products Well-groomed (Hair, Nail, Beard and Cloths) Healthy Smile Enthusiasm Self-Confidence Practical and Flexible Approach Self-starter Patience and self-motivation EXPERIENCE Need two years experienced Product manager with sound knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacology, who can identify new therapeutic segments and new brands for the company, To develop strategies for both new product launch and existing brands, who can propell the sales along with the sales team, Also need to do field visit with the sales team to ensure that the strategies are implemented and develop KOL Doctors for the company. To conduct cycle meeting for every quarter product launch meeting. TECHNICAL SKILLS Product Knowledge Creativity and analytical skills Market research and intelligence to tap competitor analysis. Good communication skills Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams. Team building Forecasting and visionary approach Sales management and leadership skills SOFT SKILLS Building Brands of company Vacancy Management Controlling Supervising and performance management RESPONSIBILITIES Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio. Making Brand plan, Brand strategy competitor analysis of the brands. Identifying the opportunities for sales growth. Provide direction, motivation training to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance. Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force. Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs etc.
