Role Overview We re looking for a Product Manager to drive the next wave of innovation at Probo. From defining product roadmaps to executing on innovative features, you ll be at the forefront of product strategy and execution. Responsibilities Ownership of Product Creation: Lead the development of innovative trading products in information markets, including advanced features like algorithmic trading, crowdsourced trading signals, and dynamic, data-driven trading strategies that redefine user interaction with prediction markets. Growth Retention: Take charge of building products that drive user retention, growth, and engagement through data-informed decision making, A/B testing, and constant iteration. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product features that deliver impact. Product Strategy: Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features that align with the business goals of scaling Probo as the leading platform in India s information market space. Mentorship Leadership: Lead and mentor junior product managers, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in product management , with a focus on consumer-facing products in high-growth, fast-paced environments (preferably at a startup or a top-tier consulting firm). Skills: Strong product sense with experience in building scalable, innovative products. Data-driven decision-making and a solid understanding of analytics and experimentation. Expertise in SQL, A/B testing , and product metrics . Experience with consumer mobile apps or digital products . Mindset: Highly collaborative, with a passion for creating meaningful, user-centered products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
