Job Requirements Phenom Intro: Job Summary: As the Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our companys vision and goals. What Youll Do: Drive the product roadmap for Hiring Intelligence products, with particular emphasis on our Scheduling solution Develop data-driven strategies to enhance our AI-powered Scheduling solution Analyze product metrics to understand the impact of functionalities and identify optimization opportunities Lead technical discussions with engineering teams regarding implementation, infrastructure, and integration requirements Implement systems to track and analyze user behavior through the hiring workflow Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI models that automate candidate engagement and scheduling processes Build and optimize analytics frameworks to measure and improve conversion rates and user engagement Manage the technical aspects of human-in-the-loop workflows where AI requires human assistance Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration between Scheduling and other Hiring Intelligence products What Youve Done: 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in technical product roles Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for product improvements Experience working with analytics frameworks and implementing data-driven decision making processes Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch Proficiency with product development tools like JIRA and agile methodologies Experience working closely with engineering teams in collaborative, agile environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Nice to Have: Previous engineering or technical development background Experience with AI/ML-driven product development or implementation Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and HR technology ecosystems Benefits: We want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!
