Product Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced Product Manager at Paramyter Tech, your main responsibility will be to oversee the development and customer support of the Hygro product. You will play a crucial role in managing the product vision, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, and working towards positioning Hygro as a high-revenue product. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the product vision and execution to ensure alignment with company goals. - Collaborate with co-founders to establish a roadmap and long-term strategy for Hygro. - Manage and provide guidance to the support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the Scrum Master and developers to bring the product vision into reality. - Identify customer pain points and offer strategic insights to the sales and marketing team. - Drive initiatives that will elevate Hygro as a high-revenue product in the market. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a preference for SaaS industry background. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is advantageous). - Possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams. - Ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams. - Solid understanding of customer support principles and product lifecycle management.
