Job Overview Job Overview The Product Manager for the Merchant Portal will be responsible for product vision and delivery of best-in-class merchant facing applications (web and mobile). This self-serve application is a single point of contact for our merchants, ISV partners, and agents; it hosts a superset of features enabling clients to onboard, integrate, control, and manage their business. How You Will Make An Impact Work closely with the Product managers and Dev managers in defining the scope and charter of the projects. Conduct market research, and competitive analysis, and run customer tests/ experiments and surveys in order to identify gaps and upcoming technologies in the sphere of Payments. Create and maintain a healthy, well-defined product backlog against the roadmap within Jira. Requirement gathering from various stakeholders and detailed documentation of the same within confluence including signoffs and status updates to stakeholders. Conducting Sprint grooming, planning, and retro session with the team in order in order to be Sprint ready and resolve tech bottlenecks. Create well-defined and detailed processes, product flows, user journeys, release notes, etc., and keep the information up to date. Measure and monitor the performance metrics of the respective product and come up with means to constantly improve the same. What You Will Need To Succeed 5+ years of product management experience. Payment industry experience will be a plus. Should have a structured approach towards problem-solving with strong logical reasoning. Understands the technical designs of the multiple projects and programs he/she is managing. Has deeper understanding of specific sub-systems and possesses the ability to drive technical discussions if needed. Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Has the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes excellent listening skills, concise communication and targeting the message to specific audiences. Experienced working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. Preferably from BE CS/IT/ECE with a Master's in Business Management from a Tier 1-2 college.
