Job Title: Product Manager – Mantra Robotic Surgical System Location: Onsite, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: VP – Marketing Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and clinically grounded Product Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Mantra Robotic Surgical System. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption across surgical specialties, enhancing clinical value messaging, and supporting sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical devices, procedure-based marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with training, sales, and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Understanding and Competitive Intelligence Analyse open/MIS procedure rates, national surgical outcomes, and regional trends. Identify key surgeon, hospital, and patient segments across focus specialties. Map competitor offerings and track market evolution in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. 2. Commercial Strategy and Product Positioning Define and maintain alignment on target procedures and products across internal stakeholders. Develop and communicate compelling product positioning, value propositions, and differentiators. Align with Sales and Clinical teams to execute the product roadmap and growth strategy. 3. Value Proposition Development Create and deploy marketing tools, case studies, KOL videos, and event content tailored to 3Ps (Physician, Patient, Provider). Design specialty-specific campaigns to accelerate the adoption of robotic procedures in all surgical specialities. 4. KOL and Clinical Engagement Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to build clinical advocacy, training programs, and regional centres of excellence. Support surgeon education, proctor development, and high-quality outcome documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Business; MBA or master’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in product or clinical marketing within the medical device or surgical healthcare industry. Strong clinical understanding of surgical anatomy and procedures; exposure to Gynaecology, Urology, or General Surgery is preferred. Proven experience in KOL engagement, evidence-based marketing, and launch strategy. Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms. Willingness to travel up to 30–40%, including OR visits, training workshops, and medical conferences. Preferred Traits: Passion for clinical innovation and advancing access to robotic surgery in India and emerging markets. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
