Description
As a PM/SPM Term Insurance at INDmoney, you will take full ownership of the Term Insurance offering, building from first principles and delivering a deeply personalized, seamless experience for millions of users. You will be deeply customer-obsessed, relentlessly experimental, skilled in using data, AI, and behavioral signals, and excited to build advisory agents, intelligent nudges, and frictionless assisted journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Term Insurance product end-to-end: Discovery, recommendation, conversion, issuance, and post-sale experience. - Use behavioral, financial, and contextual data to design personalized product flows, nudges, and journeys across app touchpoints. - Build and scale AI-driven advisors, recommendation engines, and experimentation frameworks for cross-sell conversion. - Constantly monitor and improve user funnels and conversion metrics. - Design and run rapid experiments for specific segments and cohorts to optimize funnel performance and customer LTV. - Work with insurers and business teams to launch new plans and offerings, integrating them seamlessly into platform experiences. - Write clear PRDs and drive sprint planning with engineering, design, and QA to ensure fast and high-quality delivery. - Collaborate with telesales, operations, and customer support to reduce drop-offs, improve NPS, and eliminate customer friction. - Own and improve key product metrics: Funnel conversion, issuance percentage, and retention. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of product management experience in consumer-tech, fintech, or healthtech. - Preferred experience with Life or Term Insurance (user journey ownership, API integrations, or compliance workflows). - Strong in product analytics, cohort tracking, and funnel analysis hands-on with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL. - Able to write and own detailed specs, edge cases, and data requirements. - Bonus points for experience building tools for internal advisors or assisted sales teams. - Bachelors in Engineering / CS preferred; MBA is a plus.
