PRODUCT MANAGER

As a Product Manager for the Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care divisions at a leading pharma company based in Mumbai, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Brand Management: Overseeing the management of brands within the Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care divisions. - Brand Performance: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the brands under your supervision. - Budgeting and Sales Forecasting: Developing budgets and forecasting sales for the respective divisions. - Successful new product launch: Leading successful launches of new products within the Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care segments. - Searching/Identifying therapy gaps & new business opportunities: Identifying gaps in therapy offerings and exploring new business opportunities. - Identifying and creating entry barriers: Establishing strategies to create barriers to entry for competitors. - Driving implementation with effective feedback mechanism: Ensuring effective implementation of strategies and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. - Specialty Development for assigned brands: Developing specialties for the brands under your responsibility. - Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio: Ensuring a balanced ratio between sales and expenses. Additionally, the required qualifications for this role include: - BSc or B Pharma degree - MBA or PG qualification The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of work experience in pharma marketing, with a background in Product Management focusing on Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care. The role is based in Mumbai and falls within the Pharma/Biotech industry.,
