Job Summary

Product Manager (UX-focused)

thinking with a strong sense of design and user empathy. You will work at the intersection of

business, design, and technology — driving impact on key product metrics while ensuring

delightful user experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on understanding user behavior, translating

insights into product decisions, collaborating across departments, and shipping features that

move the needle for both users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve key business metrics such as retention, conversion,

and engagement.

• Analyze user and business data to inform product decisions and measure feature

success.

• Translate user needs and feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, design, and operations teams to

deliver impactful features.

• Drive alignment between departments on product goals, timelines, and success

metrics.

• Communicate progress, insights, and product rationale to stakeholders effectively.

User Experience & Research

• Conduct and analyze user research to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
• Map user journeys and identify friction points to enhance overall experience.
• Work with designers to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes where

necessary.

• Balance user experience with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define success metrics for each feature and track performance post-launch.
• Leverage analytics tools to identify behavioral patterns and improve feature adoption.
• Continuously iterate based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.

Design Capability (Bonus)

• Ability to visualize product ideas and create low-fidelity prototypes or wireframes

using tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Collaborate with design team to ensure consistency in visual language and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, or UX roles.
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact on product or business metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile processes.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort with interpreting product data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathy for users and a user-centered mindset in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and product analytics

(Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.).
